FURTHER, I give my consent to the SRLF to collect, use and lawfully process my personal information in accordance with The Data Protection Act of 2021. I understand that the SRLF will do background checks such as credit checks to verify my eligibility.

My consent does not waive any of my rights under the Data Protection Act of 2021 and other applicable laws.

Please note that according to SRLF Act, any person who by any false representation causes, induces or attempts to induce the Committee to grant a loan to him/her or to any other person, is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine of Five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for six (6) months or both.
